About Julia
Julia Mitchell is a native Californian.  Real estate is in her bones, growing up with a mother who was a real estate broker. Julia has worked in the real estate industry both as an agent and on the office leadership team managing finance, staff and operations, since 2005. Â
Julia has kept her real estate license active in California and is now a referral agent able to pair anyone looking to buy or sell with those who are the best in the industry. Â She will appreciate the opportunity to match you with an excellent agent.
As an administrator, Julia is a team player, leading with a focus on what is best for her organization and its people. Currently, she is the Administrative Director of NextHome Central Coast in Pismo Beach and NextHome Coastal Estates in West Ventura County. She is skilled in developing systems, establishing and maintaining organizational structure, and overseeing the overall daily operations of these NextHome offices. Â
As for her personal interests, Julia is a writer, an artist, and has been a professional jazz vocalist in the Central Coast area for over 20 years. She is married, a mother of two, and grandmother of 3 wonderful boys, Gabriel, Owen and Micah...her pride and joy.
